High voltage NPN horizontal deflection output transistor. Type S2055N crosses over to the ST1803DHI, BU45066D, BU4508D, BU2508D and 25D1878 NPN power transistors. These transistors are specifically designed for use in the horizontal deflection output cathode ray tube circuits of TVs and monitors. Each is prime, fully marked and in the insulated ISOWATT 218 package. These even have an integrated freewheeling diode. G4269
